Must be working in a student-related field (e.g., college/university)

Must commit to being a liaison between students and PHRA’s College Relations Committee, staying in regular contact with the committee and sharing monthly updates (see membership requirements below)

Must commit to playing an active role in encouraging students to learn more about the field of human resources and/or assist in general student career development (see membership requirements below)

Yearly dues: $120 / $100 with SHRM membership
Student Champion Membership requirement:

Complete Contribution Statement outlining your proposed role as a “Student Champion” (some examples: explore starting a student chapter, act a student chapter advisor, organize a student PHRA membership drive, take a leadership role in a PHRA student event, etc.)

The Contribution Statement will be reviewed and Student Champion Membership approved by College Relations Committee Chair(s)

A new Contribution Statement must be completed and approved when membership is renewed each year
