The College Relations Committee will focus on helping current HR students make the most of their college experience by engaging their SHRM student chapters and encouraging student participation in projects and events that will encourage their professional development. College relations activities include hosting a college event, establishing regular contact with student chapters, providing on-campus speakers, and participating in career days/job shadowing.
