The Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA) embraces and celebrates diversity. The idea is not so much to specify differences between members, but to advance the direction of the association that will provide maximum benefit for everyone. As a growing association, PHRA believes it is only logical that its membership should reflect our surrounding society.
