Session Description

“Interpersonal Styles”
 
The Interpersonal Styles behavioral model allows us to see ourselves and others from a perspective of differing dynamics. This course explores the four styles and how the understanding of these styles creates more effective working relationships. 
 
The four styles include:
·         The Driver
·         The Energizer
·         The Harmonizer
·         The Analyzer
