Al Schnur, Ph.D.:

Dr. Schnur is currently President of PCI. In this role, Al consults with companies to review their staffing and assessment processes and to provide consulting and service delivery around key Human Resources areas. Al began his career working as a consulting psychologist in the executive assessment field, having completed over 300 evaluations for companies such as Alcoa, Giant Eagle, Mine Safety Appliance, USX and PNC corporation while working for Psychological Consultants to Industry in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Over the past ten years, Al has consulted in a variety of areas in the Human Capital Management arena. Al received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University, and graduated cum laude with a BA in Psychology from Kansas State University.
