“Take Off the Mask: A Lesson in Executive Placement”

Many companies lack confidence in their ability to identify future leaders for their organizations. This is for good reason. On average, 20% of senior level placement decisions are mistakes. Simply put, they picked the wrong person. This is a shocking realization when you consider the impact these individuals have on their organizations.

Why is this the case? Because everyone, even executives, wear a mask known as the “public” self. This mask serves the purpose of displaying our most positive behaviors and hiding (camouflaging) our negative traits. Interviewers often react to the “image” the mask is putting forth and miss some of the candidate’s less desirable attributes. Executive Assessment allows you to remove leadership and executive masks and profile the real person. During the presentation, two of the industry’s leading experts will discuss how to:

·       Uncover a candidate’s true abilities and behaviors
·       Identify executive “derailers” – often missed in the interview
·       Evaluate a candidate’s true motivation to perform
·       Determine if a candidate will clash with your culture
·       Determine if a candidate is a true “hi-potential”
