Michael Kalinsky is the founder and CEO of Empyrean Management Group (EMG), a management consulting company with offices located throughout the country. Mike has over a decade of experience in HR, Recruiting, Project Management and Consulting, working in industries varying from financial services to defense. During his tenure as CEO, EMG has grown from two-employees to an organization of just under 200 people working throughout the U.S. Inc. Magazine and the Philadelphia Business Journal have recognized Empyrean Management Group’s growth by naming the company to the Inc. 500 and Philly 100 list of fastest growing privately help companies in the US and Philadelphia, PA regions.
Mike was recently name one of the “40 Under 40” to watch by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He has lectured on entrepreneurship at Fordham University and on Recruiting and HR-related topics at several HR conferences.
