Bob has more than 25 years of global business and human resources leadership experience with several companies. His broad expertise includes a proven record of structuring human resource processes and programs for all employee levels, from administrative to executive, that drive strategic business outcomes. His background includes in-depth experience with organization and executive leadership development that deliver exceptional value for organizations and employees.
Prior to founding BRD Solutions, Bob served in the senior management position of Executive Director of Human Resources with Calgon Carbon Corporation headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, he led change and transformation of a diverse organization by implementing innovative human resources solutions. A vital component in the transformation was the design and implementation of performance enhancement processes for employees at all levels worldwide.
During his employment with Merck & Co., Inc, the global pharmaceutical company, he held increasingly responsible positions and participated in the development and implementation of a variety of innovative human resource processes that were vital components to Merck’s designation by Fortune magazine as one of America’s most admired companies.
Bob is a graduate of the College of Wooster and The University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Fellows Center. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
