David S. Mohl, Esq.:

David Mohl joined Willis in January 2004. Prior to joining Willis Mr. Mohl practiced labor and employment law where he represented management in litigation in all forums including state and federal courts nationally, as well as in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board proceedings. Mr. Mohl also has extensive experience in developing proactive corporate HR programs and policies; personnel systems design and review; and employment law training in a variety of employment law topics including sexual harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, disability and age.
Mr. Mohl earned a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Syracuse University.
Mr. Mohl is a frequent speaker at industry events, where he addresses various employment law and human resource compliance topics.
As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Mohl provides guidance and hands-on assistance to Willis clients across the United States in all human resources areas.
