Fulton Miklos

Fulton Miklos has been Commissioner with the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS) since 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA Degree in Economics. He received his Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from St. Francis College in 1983 and received a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1987. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida Bar and received his SHRP designation in 1998.
Prior to his appointment to the FMCS, Fulton was Manager, Employee and Labor Relations for Equitable Utilities in Pittsburgh, PA. In that capacity he was the Company’s chief spokesman in numerous labor negotiations and arbitrations. Prior to joining Equitable Utilities, Mr. Miklos was an associate with the management labor law firm Hogg, Alien, Ryce, Norton & Blue in Coral Gables, Florida.
