Mediation Experience:
 
Mediated over 200 labor, employment and commercial cases. The employment cases involved claims of age, disability, employment-at-will, fraud, national origin, race, religion, sex, sex harassment, and sexual orientation discrimination, as well as claims of privacy invasion, wage & hour, whistle-blower, and retaliation violations.
