BOD Nomination Process

Pursuant to the PHRA strategic plan, our goal is to build, maintain, and sustain a Board and Executive Committee made up of individuals who collectively possess a rich and diverse set of skills and experiences.
 
In addition to creating the Board of Directors annually, we endeavor to ensure the growth and effective succession management for the future leadership of the Association. 
 
While it’s unlikely that any single member will satisfy all of the listed skills and competencies, we seek candidates who possess a solid combination of the following key abilities and experiences:
