PHRA believes that, at times, it may be beneficial to partner with other organizations or businesses for a variety of reasons. At PHRA, we are committed to ensuring that our mission remains intact and that any partnership should be examined within the context of our mission and aligned with our strategic plan and objectives.
Partnerships can take many forms ranging from simple marketing barters to full scale joint ventures on events and other projects relevant to the HR community.
In order to assist PHRA with evaluating potential partnerships, we require any organization wishing to partner with us to complete a Request for Partnership form.
Completed Request for Partnership forms should be submitted to phra@pittsburghhra.org and will be evaluated by the Partnership Committee. Upon initial review, if the Partnership Committee believes the arrangement would contribute to furthering the mission of PHRA, applicants will be requested to submit references. After contacting references, a decision will be made as to whether or not PHRA will pursue the partnership, and the initiating organization will be contacted at that time.
Partnerships are subject to review upon completion of the project. The Partnership Committee will complete its evaluation process within 30 days of conclusion to recognize successes and areas for improvement as well as to decide whether to continue the relationship for subsequent projects or on an ongoing basis.
