Learn about the 50/50 challenge in SW PA: we have 50,000 too many older workers and 50,000 too few younger workers compared to our peer regions.
This forum will consist of a brief presentation by TRWIB CEO, Ron Painter, about the TRWIB’s study conducted with Carnegie Mellon University: Managing the Changing Workforce in SW PA. Ron and TRWIB staff will lead a discussion among attendees to examine the extent to which the so-called aging issue is perceived a problem by HR professionals and the organizations that they represent.
More specifically, we will compare study findings with the perspective of HR professionals.
