The methods for course delivery range from live classroom instruction to an array of e-learning options. A clear preference is surfacing among businesses for a blended approach to training. Driven by the need to increase training effectiveness while decreasing costs and time spent away from work, managers are finding numerous advantages to providing live classroom training, combined with webinars that expand on the concepts discussed in the classroom. This workshop will focus on three main areas of discussion: providing training flexibility, ensuring message consistency, and meeting generational demands for using technology in training.
