Today we care for children in seven states and the District of Columbia. Pressley Ridge helps over 6,000 children annually by providing innovative programs through residential services, treatment foster care, education and community based services.
Pressley Ridge is looking to hire a full time Human Resource Coordinator who will be based in Pittsburgh. This is an exempt position within the Human Resources department. This hands-on generalist role will provide leadership, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, for the company’s Pennsylvania and Ohio locations in the following functional areas: employee relations, unemployment compensation, regulatory compliance, discipline administration, performance management, workers’ compensation, new hire on-boarding and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Coordinator will partner with Program Directors in accomplishing goals within the functional areas.
