Working with an organization's leadership team, Adam leverages the experience and state-of-the-art resources of MasteryWorks to create customized and pertinent solutions to the challenges an organization faces when managing their most valuable asset - their people. Most recently, Adam was responsible for selling and delivering human capital transition services to Fortune 1000 organizations for DBM, a global leader in outplacement, executive coaching, and career management.
