Transportation Loan Program
Do you have employees who have difficulty getting to work because they do not have reliable transportation? Are they having difficulty buying a vehicle because of income and poor credit?
Family Services of Western Pennsylvania offers a Transportation Loan Program which helps people who do not qualify for traditional vehicle loans due to poor credit or no credit.
The Transportation Loan Program has two options: “Ways to Work” and “Keys to Success”. Both options provide loans to low-income working individuals who need assistance to purchase or repair a vehicle in order to maintain employment. Borrowers must currently be employed for three months for at least twenty hours per week, meet the income guidelines and be able to repay the loan over a specific period of time. Loans are given to those that have very poor or no credit.
This program operates in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington-Greene and Westmoreland Counties. If you have any questions or would like additional information or want to schedule a presentation, please call 866-965-5929 X 650.
