Joe Baumgardner, has over 14 years of broad-based experience in environmental, health and safety, and accident prevention consulting; industrial hygiene monitoring; environmental auditing; and training. He has performed multi-line site surveys and risk assessments, developed safety, environmental, and security policies and procedures, and served as site safety officer at various construction projects. He has an exceptionally strong insurance industry background and has provided expert witness testimony in workers’ compensation cases. He is exceptional at managing worker compensation claims and reducing of experience MOD. Also, he is recognized as an expert in the development of Lock Out/ Tag Out Procedures. He also has an excellent working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEP, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, and ISO regulations and systems. Joseph has owned his own safety and environmental engineering consulting company since 2001.
