Goals and Objectives

Candidate experience is all about communication and relationship management throughout the interview process between candidates and HR/recruiting. Encouraging great talent to come to the organization by providing a great candidate experience allows for the overall company to have more global and cultural effectiveness both from an internal standpoint as well as an external employer branding standpoint.

About the Presenter: Sarah Casen, Talent Consultant, Fike + Co.

Sarah Casen is a Principal Talent Consultant with Fike + Co, a boutique People Operations and Talent firm that works with tech companies globally.  She works in unique and proprietary ways to bring the best talent to their doors in less than half the time of traditional talent acquisition.

With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sarah honed in on Human Resources and Marketing during her time at UNC-Wilmington, and after graduation, she worked in management training in the corporate world. Then, she moved to focus on working with investment research with technology companies and sharpened her skills on client success, recruiting, and overall talent management. Sarah also holds a SHRM-CP.

In her spare time, Sarah loves to travel (with a large bucket list to fulfill), going to concerts, reading, spending time with her loved ones, and enjoying a great glass of wine.
