About the Speaker: Amy Roy, has over 20 years' in the HR Technology space. Her passion to improve the employee experience to drive engagement has led her to her current role at Ceridian of leading the People Strategy team which includes Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition, Amy oversees Ceridian's charitable foundation, Ceridian Cares. She is a six sigma blackbelt and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
