Sean's background combines over 20 years of employer branding expertise across the digital/social/mobile marketing eco-system with the added advantage of direct recruitment experience. His passion is developing innovative and game-changing employer branding solutions that create extraordinary talent experiences and employer of “first” choice status for companies across all verticals.
Sean has managed and led successful employer branding relationships for companies such as American Express, United Technologies Corporation, AT&T, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Baptist Health South Florida, Franklin Templeton Investments, Royal Caribbean Intl. and Universal Studios Florida. He is a contributing author for the book “Employer Branding: Concepts & Cases” and served as an editorial thought leader on employer branding to such publications as Penn Energy Workforce Solutions and ERE Media.
Sean is a member of the Overseas Press Club and a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a degree in Economics. He has also served on the Board of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Miami.
