To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full-time student enrolled in an HR or Labor Relations program at a college or university AND/OR you are a SHRM student chapter member. Part-time graduate students working full-time are not eligible for the student rate.

This workshop explores the basic building blocks for developing and maintaining a sound compensation plan including philosophy, job design, base and variable pay systems, compliance and pay practices as well as approaches to effectively communicating the plan to different audiences in your organization.
