To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full-time student enrolled in an HR or Labor Relations program at a college or university AND/OR you are a SHRM student chapter member. Part-time graduate students working full-time are not eligible for the student rate.


Goals and Objectives:

Whether your organization is large or small, the best compensation plan is one that aligns with business goals and can be explained with confidence. This workshop explores the basic building blocks for developing and maintaining a sound compensation plan including philosophy, job design, base and variable pay systems, compliance and pay practices as well as approaches to effectively communicating the plan to different audiences in your organization.  


About Sally: Sally Wade, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has 25+ years’ experience managing HR in diverse industries where she has worked on numerous strategic initiatives to support organization growth and business success. Sally has particular expertise in job analysis, job documentation and developing compensation plans for competitive total rewards programs.
